More Confederate News. Dallas ISD trustees are unanimously interested in changing the names of four elementary schools bearing the names of Confederate generals: Robert E. Lee, Stonewall Jackson, Albert Sidney Johnston, and William L. Cabell. (If only those same trustees could all agree on taking a tax plan for DISD to voters.) District policy stipulates a fairly lengthy timeline before any names are definitively changed.
