Onetime D Magazine staffer Christina Rees has been awarded a Rabkin Prize for her work at Glasstire, where she has been the editor in chief since February. Her husband is Richard Patterson, who contributed to our July issue an essay titled “A Meditation on the Proper Care of Good Cheese and the Soul of Dallas.” It’s a little irritating that this much writing talent lives under one roof.
