Allie Beth Allman’s residential real estate company is known for serving some of Dallas’ biggest celebrities and landing some of the region’s largest deals. From house-hunting for clients such as former President George W. Bush and NFL Hall of Famer Troy Aikman to selling Tom Hicks’ $100 million estate, Allie Beth Allman & Associates has already built a legacy in Dallas-Fort Worth. But business aside, clients say it’s Allman’s Southern charm that sweetens the deal. That comes as no surprise to those who know her.

Pierce Allman, now Allie Beth’s husband and No. 1 marketer, says that her small-town, West Texas bearing was as clear as day within the first few weeks of their dating. As the program manager at the time for WFAA, Pierce often worked long, full days, returning to his bachelor pad at night. “One night, at about 10 o’clock, the doorbell rang,” he says, remembering being confused by who would be visiting so late. “And there’s Allie Beth with an apple pie she had made. She said, ‘I didn’t know if you had the chance to eat today.’ And I thought, ‘Wow.’”

Nurturing relationships is something Allie Beth stresses at her company. And she leads by example. For example, she’s hauled Aikman’s daughters to dental appointments and activities, years after closing deals for him. Serving others, regardless of the outcome, is ultimately what has helped her company flourish, those close to her say. Read more about Allman’s entrepreneurial journey in D CEO magazine’s June cover story.
