Red Bird Mall Aims For Comeback. Investor Peter Brodsky says the planned redevelopment of the current Southwest Center Mall will include a Marriott Courtyard, a tech incubator, apartments, and the return of the Red Bird name. (Sean Williams advocated for that change all the way back in 2009.) Look for construction to start next year.
