D CEO’s 2017 Mergers and Acquisitions Awards

D CEO and the Association for Corporate Growth are recognizing the top M&A deals in North Texas—and the dealmakers who made them happen.

D CEO and the ACG Dallas/Fort Worth are looking for exceptional deals and business leaders in the mergers and acquisitions community to profile in its 2017 Mergers and Acquisition Awards program.

If you know of an outstanding M&A deal or dealmaker deserving recognition, please let us know by filling out a brief nomination form here. All honorees will be celebrated at an exclusive awards event in April and profiled in the May issue of D CEO. (Here is a link to last year’s feature.)

The nomination form will take just a couple of minutes to complete. From there, judges will use the Q&A to consider the nominee’s qualifications. (Nominator names will not be disclosed.)

Here are the categories for 2017:

DEALS OF THE YEAR
· Small Deals (up to $25 million)
· Midsize Deals ($26 million to $149 million)
· Large Deals ($150 million to $999 million)
· Billion-Dollar Deals

DEALMAKERS
· Dealmaker of the Year
· Corporate Development Director (in-house corporate acquisitions)
