Tonight onetime D Magazine columnist Willard Spiegelman will read from his new book, Senior Moments, at the Nasher. The gig starts at 6:30. There will be wine. You need to register if you’re interested.

About the red balloon you see Willard holding here: back in 2009, he and I were the first to reveal that Museum Tower would ruin James Turrell’s site-specific piece at the Nasher called Tending, (Blue). Journalism with helium. If you go tonight, ask him about it.
