When Phoebe, an adorable golden retriever and trained therapy dog from Fort Worth, was deployed to Orlando to provide comfort to survivors.

When Nihar Janga, an 11-year-old from Irving who’s the co-winner of the 2016 Scripps National Spelling Bee, visited the Dallas Cowboys’ training facility and challenged Jason Garrett to spell Gesellschaft. (I had to look it up.
