The hospital formerly known as Forest Park Medical Center at Frisco is now part of the HCA North Texas portfolio. The $96.25 million sale closed Friday afternoon, freeing the Irving-based owner to rebrand the upscale facility under the umbrella of its most well known property. Its CEO plans to expand the emergency room and add services like cardiology and labor and delivery.
