Fred Couch, father of “affluenza” teen Ethan Couch and one half of the duo we termed “the Worst Parents Ever” on the cover of the May 2015 issue of D Magazine, allegedly choked his girlfriend at a home in Eagle Mountain on Friday.
The woman reportedly told Tarrant County sheriff’s deputies that Couch was responsible for the red marks they observed on her neck, but she wouldn’t allow any crime scene photos to be taken and “sped off during questioning,” according to Tarrant County Sheriff Dee Anderson.
Couch wasn’t charged or questioned about the incident. He’d left the scene before deputies arrived.
