Ethan Couch and Mother Detained in Mexico. The “affluenza” teen, wanted by the authorities in Tarrant County for allegedly violating his parole, was found near Puerto Vallarta with his mom, after going missing earlier this month. He is expected to be turned over to the U.S. Marshals. Does this mean he will now be headed to “big-boy jail”? I’m not a lawyer (at least for now — long story), but if I were him, I probably wouldn’t re-up my Amazon Prime or Netflix subscriptions.
