STRONG STORMS SWEEP THROUGH NORTH TEXAS. A storm system, arriving three hours later than anticipated, moved through North Texas last night, bringing heavy rain, hail, and a tornado with it. Storms moved through Dallas County around 8 p.m., but the worst of the system was seen in Tarrant County, where a tornado damaged North Fort Worth’s BBVA Compass bank building and wind took off part off the roof of a building near Interstate 35W and Meacham Boulevard. Golf ball-sized hail was spotted in Denton County, while Wise County experienced baseball-sized hail. Thankfully, no injuries or flooding were reported. POLICE SEEK SUSPECT IN DEADLY EAST OAK CLIFF HOME INVASION.
