The fun starts at 7.

Mooney

As you may recall, Mike wrote a story for D Magazine in April 2013 about Chris Kyle, the sniper who was — oh, you don’t need an ID for him. Then Mike wrote a longer Kindle e-book about Kyle that sold well enough that they are making it into an actual book book. Mike will discuss it tomorrow (and sign copies) at the Barnes & Noble on Northwest Highway.

Here’s the thing: Mike’s all wound up about this appearance for several reasons, not least of which is that a not insignificant portion of the populations has gotten it into their heads that Kyle was bloodthirsty killer. They blame Mike for glorifying a monster. Then, of course, there’s just the stress that comes from having to appear. And discuss.

I put the over-under on pre-appearance cocktails for Mike at three. And chances of nervous perspiration at 100 percent. Please do join us for the fun.
