New executive additions to The Perot Museum of Nature and Science, CardLab Inc., ContentGuard, Disney Investment Group, and Slates Harwell LLP in this week’s personnel moves.

  • Colleen Walker
    Colleen Walker

    The Perot Museum of Nature and Science has hired a new Eugene McDermott Chief Executive Officer, Colleen Walker, who will assume the role on June 1. Walker has served as CEO of The Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas since 2007, and her private sector experience includes positions at Neiman Marcus and Energy Services Associates Inc. Walker earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder, as well as an MBA from Harvard University.

 

  • CardLab Inc. has named a new chief operating officer, Greg Haney, who brings over twenty years of experience in the electronic payments industry to his new post. He previously worked as an independent payments and interchange management consultant.

 

  • ContentGuard has named Keith Hayes mobile product manager. Hayes will coordinate ContentGuard’s design, product development, and marketing functions to drive usage of the company’s mobile applications. Previously, he founded and served as chief technology officer at Klique Mobile. He also held senior technology positions at LayerX Technologies Inc.

 

  • David Disney
    David Disney

    After 25 years in commercial real estate, Disney Investment Group Principal David Disney recently formed a new company.  He formed The Disney Group in 1996 and co-founded UCR Investment Sales in 2009. Disney received a joint Bachelor of Business Administration degree in real estate and finance from Southern Methodist University.

 

  • Adam Crockett
    Adam Crockett

    Disney Investment Group has added Adam Crockett to its team as an associate. He will be responsible for the underwriting and marketing of all sales transactions. Previously, Crockett worked as a financial analyst with the capital markets group at Jackson & Cooksey. He received his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M.

 

  • Charles Hardy
    Charles Hardy

    Slates Harwell LLP has hired Charles Hardy as Of Council. Previously, Hardy spent more than 30 years in the legal department of Austin Industries and in 2013, he received the Robert H. Dedman Award for Law and Ethics presented by the General Counsel Forum. At Slates Harwell, Hardy is expected to expand the range of services that the firm can offer to its clients in the construction industry.
