Westlake resident Glenn Beck would like your money. Scratch that, he probably doesn’t want your money, since you probably don’t have $1 million sitting around, molting. But he wants a lot of money. From TechCrunch:

TheBlaze, a set of online ventures run by conservative pundit Glenn Beck, is raising $40 million in new funding, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The filing states that the company has raised $1.5 million so far. It also says that TheBlaze currently has revenue between $25 million and $100 million.

That filing also states that the “minimum investment accepted from any outside investor” is $1 million. So check those couch cushions, sell your soda cans for scrap, and become a new member of The Blaze.
