Go See Sarah Hepola at the Oral Fixation

|

You know Sarah Hepola as the funny lady who writes our Smart Blonde column. Tomorrow you can see her in person at the McKinney Avenue Contemporary, telling a true story. She is one of the performers who has been invited to a spin a yarn at the Oral Fixation: Best of Season 1. If you’re familiar with the Moth, it’s like that. Here’s what’s on tap for tomorrow:

In case you missed any or all of the sold-out first season, we’re offering a “Best of Season 1” show coming up on Tuesday October 9th @ 7:30pm at The MAC (3120 McKinney Ave 75204).  The hourlong evening features seven audience favorites  including a sardonic take on becoming a father for the first time, a clueless co-ed’s one night of passion with his high school Spanish teacher, and writer Sarah Hepola’s hilarious tale of waking up the morning after her first office Christmas party in a coworker’s dogbed.

Tickets are $15. I dare say they are worth twice that amount.
