Don't worry. It's after the jump. I'll tell you when you can open your eyes.

As the title implies, Leppert is dropping some knowledge about how Washington SHOULD be run. By him? Yes, but that also gives him leeway to suck up to House Budget Committee Chairman Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI). You’ll see.

ANYWAY. He starts with some general preamble, and then…

0:14 — “I’m from the world of business.” [washingtonmutal] “Where success means turning problems into opportunities.” [washingtonmutual] “Creating something that’s better, that’s more lasting.” [washingtonmutal]

(Yes, it wasn’t his fault, but he was on the Audit and Governance committees, so he either wasn’t doing his job, or shouldn’t be trusted to ever have anything to do with auditing and/or governing again.)

0:25 — “It means making substantial cuts to federal spending AND also cutting taxes to grow our economy.” And who do I talk to about building a Convention Center Hotel around here? Let me add that I am willing to bid against myself. Here is a check, write a number you think is fair, and I will sign it, no questions asked.

0:36 — PAUL RYAN HAS AN AWESOME PLAN TO CUT $6.2 TRILLION OUT OF THE BUDGET HOLY COW. (Slight paraphrase.)

[Cut to imaginary Brad Watson interview with Leppert.
BW: Why is this plan so great?
TL: Obama. Washington. Tax cuts. Obama. Wash–
BW: Excuse me, but how does it work?
TL: OBAMA. WASH-ING-TON. TAX CUTS. I’M A CONSERVATIVE.]

0:50 — “As conservatives, we have to fight, fight for what we know is right.”

1:13 — He encourages you to sign his petition — which is sort of just a gigantic “LIKE” button for this video — “and also, get 10 friends to sign it, too.” I’m not falling for your pyramid scheme, sir.
