Getting Up Close With Glenn Close

I’m a proud graduate of the Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, as are my wife and my two brothers. Alas, none of us has been invited to meet Glenn Close at Wednesday’s fundraiser for our alma mater. I haven’t seen Ms. Close since 1994, when I appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman during my internship there. But I did see quite a lot of her during said appearance.
