The Dallas Bar Association (ugly website, btw) will release the results of its 2009 judicial evaluation poll sometime this afternoon. Considering the number of complaints I’m hearing about some of the new Democratic judges swept in on straight-ticket voting last year, the results could set off some courthouse fireworks. Why, oh why, do we contiue this election-of-judges farce?
