1. Johnnie Earl Lindsey is the latest Dallas County man cleared of a wrongful conviction via DNA evidence. That makes 19 since 2001. Lindsey was actually convicted twice — the first was overturned on a technicality — for a 1981 rape near White Rock Lake, even though he had a rock-solid alibi. Welcome back, Johnnie.

2. Mark Cuban has officially announced his endorsement for president. It’s McCain. Or Obama. Or McCama. Or O’Cain. Honestly, it’s probably going to be Bob Barr or someone like that. But I prefer to read that post as Cubes choosing himself, Kelly Taylor-style.

3. And finally, the ‘Boys beats the Packers 27-16 in Green Bay. You are cleared for generic football talk on my mark. Three…two…one…mark.
