A while ago, I made mention of Mayor Pro Tem Dwaine Caraway’s latest crusade. First it was saggin’ pants; now it’s junked-up storefronts. I was cheeky with that mention (shocking, I know), which might have disguised my in-favoriteness of it. Not that my endorsement carries a lot of water. But whatever. Anyway.
