In the January edition of our “print product,” you’ll find a spread on some of our favorite area sliders (new band name?). When we do food shoots like these, I always like to talk to our art guys (Hi, David!) about how long and arduous the shoot was. The challenge with this one was acquiring four burgers from all across to the city and getting them to the studio at roughly the same time so they didn’t look like piles of mush for the shoot. Below, you’ll see how the slider from Dutch’s arrived and what our talented food stylist, Brooke Leonard, did to resuscitate it. Props, too, to photographer Patrick Langlinais.
