Thanks, Ozona

|

Yesterday, Jessica, Stacey and I took our fab interns Stephanie, Angela, Raven and Ryan to Ozona Bar and Grill for lunch. In the past, you’ll remember there has been quite a bit of buzz around ol’ Ozona, including this and this. We had fantastic service yesterday. At one point I believe we had three different servers, one of whom was a comedian. And for all those jaded FB’vians who will undoubtedly email me now saying, “You probably told them you worked at D Magazine,” we most definitely did not, and I’m sure the raucous conversation about “Our bosses Wick and Tim” and “The Best of Big D party” and magazines such as “D Fashion, D Beauty, and D Home,” went right over their heads.

Jessica even had the chicken-fried steak, and she liked it, although she pronounced it very “gravy-y.”

The point of this post is that FNG (I mean that in the nicest way) was brought up. The interns were wondering: Was he hired to only blog about sports? Is he ever going to post about anything else? Ever? Ever?
His response will likely be something along the lines of, well, at least I post about something, but still. WJS.
