SWA: They Love to Spy and It Shows

Did you know that the Star-Telegram has a blog about the airline industry called Sky Talk? It does. If pressed to form an opinion, I’d have to give Sky Talk the edge over the DMN‘s Airline Biz blog — better colors, more graphics, cooler stuff. For instance Sky Talk has an item today about Southwest Airlines using in-flight supervisors to keep tabs on Southwest employees in the air. The Transport Union Workers  aren’t keen on the practice and have called the supervisors “fake flight attendants.” They don’t just call them that. They sing it.
