Following up on what Wick was talking about earlier, I was wondering the other day if, given the odd summer so far, Dallas had a shot at the fewest number of 100-degree days in one year in its history. As it turns out, the answer is nope. There were zero such days in the glorious years of 1906 and 1973. I’m guessing Dallas was located somewhere in Canada at that time. Now I can only hope for setting a record for the fewest 100-degree days in one year in my lifetime (1974-2027), which I will henceforth refer to as The Zac Crain Era.
