Ken Levine, whose writing credits include stints on M*A*S*H, Cheers, and Frasier, visited town over the weekend, ostensibly to speak to the Dallas Screenwriters Association. But his visit also inspired him to post this travelogue/monologue on his blog. He has fun with our city’s motto, Jerry Jones, the JFK assassination, Goff’s, and chicken fried steak, among many other things. My take? It’s funny, but he should get out of L.A. a little more often.
