Southern Sector in Play in Trinity Vote?

Rufus Shaw at Dallas Blog suggests the southern sector vote, while generally supportive of the Trinity Corridor project, is still a wild card in the possible November vote on the plan. Black voters may oppose the referendum. They could be convinced to support it. They may just sit it out. More intriguing is Don Hill’s role as he threads the needle between backing newly minted Mayor Tom Leppert (who is backing Hill in another matter) while simultaneously supporting Angela Hunt’s efforts.
