I have been racking my brain and combing my browser history for nearly an hour, and now I’m turning to the FB nation for help. I read very recently allegations that incidents of “controller error” jumped dramatically after the FAA changed rules on what it took for air traffic controllers to qualify for paid time off for mental health. Essentially, they needed to point to a specific such controller error incident to support their case, so voila — more started happening. Any FBvians or air traffic controllers know what I’m talking about?
