Dallas Police: Lifting The Rug, Checking If There’s Room To Sweep The Dirt

|

Speaking of WTF sensors going off, remember the ring of dirty cops we uncovered in the June issue? The ones making false arrests and writing hundreds of bogus tickets, while good cops were off actually doing their jobs?

Dallas Police Chief David Kunkle now says that three of the officers can’t work regular duty because of the ongoing investigation, but meanwhile, they can work off-duty security jobs. In their uniforms. Where they can make arrests and write more phony baloney tickets.

Is the DPD planning to just sweep this whole thing under the rug? And keep in mind this is the police chief who once fired a veteran officer for stealing $8.40 worth of toilet paper and paper towels from a precinct supply closet. Whiskey tango foxtrot?

A source in our original story had a quote that seems to be prophetic. “It stinks. It’s a total failure to supervise.” Fox alpha.
