The Mark Cuban-funded “business journalism” site Sharesleuth has just come out with another exposé, this time about a company called Orthopedic Development Corp. and its product TruFUSE. With some scoop from a former employee, Sharesleuth says the product doesn’t do what it says it does. Even though ODC is not a public company, I’m sure Cuban has figured out a way to use this info for financial gain. Wait a sec. He’s not invested? He’s got no financial interest in this thing? Hunh.
