Everyone is entitled to a personal point of order, I suppose, and especially Rod, who has admirably restrained himself during his all-too-brief tenure on FrontBurner. And as he is entitled to his, I am entitled to mine, which is to applaud the remark of Chief Justice Roberts in announcing the majority decision:
“The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race.”
