An astute FBvian has this observation about the judge’s dilly-dallying in the Farmers Branch injunction.
My guess is that the Judge is waiting to have this decision made for him by someone else. You may recall that Farmers Branch basically copied the lead of Hazleton, PA in regard to this issue. They’ve already gone to trial over this in PA and are awaiting a decision by the Judge that heard the case. If our local Judge wants to duck a hot potato he can wait for that verdict and then cite precedent in making his decision.
I’m not saying it’s exactly a profile in courage, IJS!
