BUBBA’S TO BE SCRAPED FOR A BANK?

By Tim Rogers |

A FrontBurnervian with a friend in real estate tells me that Bubba’s in Snider Plaza is to be razed to make way for — what else? — a bank. I don’t need to tell anyone here that, if true, this would mean the end of the world. A call to Bubba’s didn’t help much. A worker there said she’d already fielded a similar inquiry, but she hadn’t heard anything about the place being torn down.

Developing.

Update: a FBvian who knows the owners of Bubba’s talked to them. They own the building, and they denied being involved with any deal to sell.
