VOTE, MAKE HOUSTON LOOK DUMB

|

Not to disagree with Houston Chronicle‘s Thomas Korosec’s theory (backed up from that chatty SMU prof–CAL JILLSON ALERT CAL JILLSON ALERT–also favored by the DMN) that nobody’s interested in the mayor election, but the early voting site at the Harry Stone Rec Center in Casa View yesterday morning (last day for early) was hoppin’. Not sure if that’s been the experience of FBvians around town, so please let us know what you observed, where, and when.

Didn’t vote for Jennifer Gale, although I still like her plan for citywide health insurance and turning the Trinity bottoms into farmland. I may yet tell you who I did vote for, and why I didn’t vote for the others (hint: sorry, unrepentant TXI board member Sam Coats) if the future of the city seems to hinge on my choice.
