Look, maybe I’m provincial but that’s for us to say, not some shallow Yankee hack parachuting in for a margarita. I defer to Rod for the rest of the critique, but let’s just add that given the folks who make up the city council, county commission and DISD board, how can anyone see local “government gridlock” as anything but a virtue?
