RE: NOT JUST ANOTHER MAKEOVER

FBvians are weighing in on the Cityplace makeover. Says one in the know:

I would not count on that movie theater being there long term. The grosses for it are just awful.

Says another:

I’m just not sure that most of the current population  that shop at the Cityplace Target, Big Lots, Rainbow clothing and see movies  in that area are really interested in or can afford Spa’s, Tennis, or higher end retail.

………..Oh,  I get it.
