comes word from the DPD of common sense.

It was originally reported that Mr. Jerry Zmolek was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon for shooting a 15 year old Hulcy Middle School Student in the leg. Mr. Zmolek was taken in for questioning. After further investigation and due to conflicting statements from witnesses, Mr. Zmolek was released and was not charged with a crime.

Old coots, 1; meddling kids, 0.
