D MAGAZINE ILLUSTRATOR ON DISNEY TONIGHT

|

Chip Wass did the illustrations for this story in the magazine, about fun stuff to do this summer in (and around) the city (though you’ll only see the illustrations in the print version). Well, Chip sends word that a cartoon he created will run on the Disney Channel tonight:

Mascot Prep is a 5-minute short (about a school for company mascots) that I created, designed, and directed. It runs tonight at 7:55 on Disney’s experimental shorts program Shorty McShorts Shorts (I also designed the eponymous Shorty, the Shorty McShorts Shorts logo, his train, and other elements for the show open.) My short  will be rebroadcast occasionally and be available for viewing online. But I don’t have details about other broadcast times.

I assume this site will be updated after the show airs tomorrow to include my short. I know they’ve designed an online game to correlate with it, and the show is in consideration for series. Cross fingers.
