Has anyone heard of the magazine 944? I picked up a copy of the ‘fashion/lifestyle/culture/entertainment’ magazine at L.A. fashion week last month and while I was browsing through the magazine, I noticed an announcement that they would be adding a Dallas edition soon. The magazine just celebrated their one-year anniversary in Las Vegas. According to the website they cover “the hottest places to drink, eat, stay, style, pamper” in Boston, Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Orange County, Phoenix, San Diego, and San Francisco. I also came across their MySpace page. Interesting “friends” that they have. It’s not clear when it will be making its Dallas debut and when I emailed the contact listed online to inquire a few weeks ago, I got no response.
