Yesterday, the Gap released a limited edition collection of new American designer takes on the classic white shirt. The Gap partnered with the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund to introduce up-and-coming young design talent such as Doo.Ri, Rodarte, and Thakoon (all 2006 CFDA winners) to a broader audience (following in the footsteps of stores like Target and H&M). But, hurry, the pieces (which range in price from $68-$88 – far below designer prices) are selling fast, and they are only available online (already sold out of all of small sizes) or locally at the Gap locations at NorthPark and the Galleria.
