Dallas poker-playing man Whitney Blanton won a seat in the World Series in a raffle last year (since the fuzz started cracking down on charity tournaments, which prevented people from actually playing for a seat at the World Series). Anyhoo, Pokerati reports that Blanton finished in 157th place, winning $47,006.
