Photographer and Pulitzer-sharer Melanie Burford, whose work is in today’s DMN, joined Times-Picayune reporter Bill Walsh today on NPR’s “Diane Rehm Show” for a well-done overview of New Orleans then and now. Like most of us, she can’t understand how so little seems to have been done in so many parts of the city. Katrina made landfall in Louisiana and Mississippi a year ago today.
