DEMOCRATIC RESURRECTION

|

Looks like a Democrat gubernatorial candidate may be rising from the dead, according to this from the Quorrum Report:

Democrat Chris Bell is the only candidate rising in the latest Rasmussen Reports poll as Republicans Rick Perry and Carole Strayhorn fell to new low-water marks. The changes since Rasmussen surveyed Texas voters only three weeks ago are startling, with Chris Bell registering a 10-point swing against Rick Perry and a 7-point swing against Carole Strayhorn. This is also the first time since the beginning of the year that Chris Bell is polling in second place in any Rasmussen Reports poll.

Is this a sign of a general Democratic resurgence or is Bell just out there working hard?
