Last July, Deion Sanders went to Florida to pick up Noel Devine, arguably the best high school running back today. Sanders tried to get custody of Devine and enrolled him at Prosper High School. Right before the season started, Devine changed his mind and went back to Florida, though Deion is still there for him like a mentor.
