In case you missed it, Jane Dolkart’s conviction has been overturned on appeal. Dolkart, you no doubt recall, was the SMU law professor accused of running down a cyclist around White Rock Lake. The jury found her guilty, but apparently the wrong kind of guilty. The prosecutors intend to appeal the appeal.
