The FB Nation knows all:

As someone “in the know,” I can tell you that Pokey O’s priced their ice cream sandwich too low. The price point for the sandwich was out of line with the rest of their menu. A Pokey Cup (one cookie, one scoop of ice cream) was $2.49. People figured out they could order a Pokey O sandwich and get two cookies and a scoop of ice cream and put it in a cup for only $2. The price increase corrects that inconsistency.

That being said, it’s still a heck of a deal. And let’s be realistic: they’re not exactly in a “price-sensitive” neighborhood.
