POKEY O’S GETS MORE DEAR, SWEETLY

Could not agree more with D Magazine‘s selection of Pokey O’s in the Best of Big D issue! Well, I had the Friday 3:00 sugar craving and stopped at Pokey O’s on my way home. One highlight of the article was that it is so good and it ONLY COSTS 2 BUCKS! After ordering my chocolate chip and vanilla delicacy, I started to pay my $2.17 (as I have been there many times). My friendly server advised me it was $3.25. He said the owner raised the prices. I said not good timing with the recent D Magazine article!!!!

On the contrary. It is VERY good timing.
