EXPLAINED FURTHER: WHY DALE HANSEN DOES NOT LIKE DALLAS CAN!

|

Yesterday Steve Blow weighed in on the fight between Dale Hansen and Dallas Can! (Something we had first.) After the jump, a couple reason’s why Blow’s column is interesting.

Blow’s column is interesting because Hansen’s son, Eric, says he’ll open the books to Noble Royalties Inc., to clear up any accounting irregularities and avoid the suit. But Noble ain’t having it. I emailed Eric this morning to see if Noble’s accepted his offer. “Nope,” Eric said.

But, according to court documents I received, Eric’s stopped Noble from carrying out an audit.

I place a couple calls this morning to speak with Noble’s pr guy. Haven’t heard back.

Update: Eric Hansen writes in today, 7-12-06, to say that no, he did not stop Noble from carrying out an audit:

I noticed your comment stating that you have Court documents suggesting we shut their audit down. Please feel free to call Eric Moye at Vial, Hamilton, Koch and Knox. He will have the written verification from PriceWaterhouseCoopers, the auditing firm hired by Noble, that they did in fact complete the audit.
