A Dallas tipster reports that KDFW-4-Fox anchor Steve Eagar was vacationing in Paris, when he got into a disagreement with a taxi driver, who he accused of trying to “cheat” him on the fare. The disagreement turned violent, and Eager reportedly “suffered facial cuts and a broken nose.” The tipster claims Eagar will miss work while he recovers from the beating and may require surgery.
