To divine if Cuban’s latest endeavor will present a conflict of interest, as Tim posed earlier, or worse yet insider trading, one would have to do a fair amount of rigorous research and analysis. The “one” in that case would most certainly not be me. But I will alert you to DealBreaker’s thoughts on the subject. They seem to think Cuban is in the clear–for now.
