EARLY CLOSURE FOR IL MULINO

|

A couple of weeks ago Joseph Palladino told me he was going to close the doors to Il Mulino around the first of July. Instead, he closed it last week. “Yeah, I closed it before we got “short term disease,” says JP referring to what happens to the staff of a restaurant that knows its days are numbered. However, several FrontBurnervian Foodies, including our own fashion editor, Stephanie Quadri, were holding “last supper” reservations. Nobody bothered to call them when they pulled the plug. Must have been short-term memory loss.
